1. Custom Orders All products sold by A.D GRILLZ are custom-made to your specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (dental impressions, sizing, design preferences) is accurate. We are not liable for ill-fitting pieces resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information.

2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is not received or is disputed fraudulently.

3. No Returns or Refunds As outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final due to the bespoke nature of our products. Please review that policy before ordering.

4. Intellectual Property All designs, images, branding, and content on adgrillz.com are the property of A.D GRILLZ. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability A.D GRILLZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original order.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
