At A.D GRILLZ, all pieces are custom-made to order. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Production Time Every set of grillz is handcrafted after your order is confirmed. Production typically takes 15–21 business days depending on the complexity of your piece and current order volume. You will be notified when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship domestically within Nigeria and internationally to select countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Nigeria: 2–5 business days
- International (US, UK, diaspora markets): 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. A.D GRILLZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@adgrillz.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
