At A.D GRILLZ, every piece is crafted to order — custom-fitted, hand-finished, and made exclusively for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our grillz, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Why We Don't Accept Returns Each set of grillz is made using your personal dental impressions or measurements, making them unique to your teeth. Once production starts, your piece cannot be resold or repurposed — it was made for you and you alone.

Before You Order We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming, ensure their dental impressions or sizing information is accurate, and reach out to us with any questions before placing an order — we're happy to guide you.

Exceptions We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or was made incorrectly due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We'll assess the issue and may offer a remake at our discretion. Natural variations in gold tone, finish, or stone placement within our quality standards are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. After this window, cancellations are not accepted as materials and labour will have already been committed to your order.
